ORDER REVIEW:

A High Point ABC board employee will review each order with the mixed beverage customer during pick up.  It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order before leaving the mixed beverage outlet.  All mixed beverage sales are final once the merchandise has left the mixed beverage outlet.

TAX STAMPS:

A mixed beverage tax stamp must be affixed to each bottle purchased.  Customers should inspect each bottle to ensure that the proper stamp is affixed.  Failure to have a stamp on all spirituous liquor bottles at your establishment may result in fines or penalties issued by the state commission.

WINE AND MIXERS:

Wines (including Vermouth) and mixers cannot be purchased by a mixed beverage customer from an ABC board.  Please contact wine distributors to purchase these items.  A list of approved wine distributors may be found on the state commission’s website, www.abc.nc.gov.

MANNER OF PAYMENT:

All orders must be paid in full at the time of pick up.  Mixed beverage customers may pay in cash, credit/debit card, Fintech, ACH or by check.  Payment by check requires prior approval (see Check Approval Procedures in this packet).

If you have questions regarding any of the mixed beverage policies, please contact your store manager or the board’s Retail Manager.
